Q: What is a flat rate?
A: A flat labor rate is a set fee for labor (not an hourly charge) for maintenance or repair of an individual PC or laptop. That means whether it takes 10 minutes or 3 hours to solve your issue, you pay the same rate. (Does not include cost of parts that may be needed. Business Support and Consulting projects are not included in the flat-rate service.)

Antico also promotes the efforts of Recycle for Breast Cancer and will send your old cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, toner cartridges and inkjet cartridges to this organization free of charge to our customers.
